They switched us to Grand Luxxe Tower 1 because of capacity, but it sounds like it was a better deal because we had a room with plunge pool, which we came to find out the jungle rooms do not have.

We ( family of 4 plus abuelo) travelled to Cancun from California, booked two 1-bds at Vidanta Grand Luxxe Jungle with RCI and II. Also since Covid was still going on when when we went all the staff were constantly cleaning everything and wearing masks, so that made us feel very safe.… Beds are hard so personally sleeping alright but that goes for every hotel I've been to, that said they now offer different variety of pillows like body and memory foam! Overall our experience was great and we would highly recommend it. We had a neighbor who had a big party with a lot of kids and we could hear them, we brought it up to the concierge and they were able to fix it. Walls and ceiling can be thin in the room. Some of the high class restaurants food could be "tastier" especially for price they are asking for, but again the service, vibe, and food presentation was great. All the restaurants are good and tasty especially the food at the Mercado. The Wifi is hard to connect to, is slow and the best time to use it is early morning. If you get the chance also go to Jungala and Joya really great experience! Wifi is 2 out 5. Overall a lot of food and entertainment options. I only bring it up since one of my family members is really into that. If your into plant based meals this place deosn't have too much options.
